Canal swans and cygnets again
The swans and the 6 cygnets have moved round the corner from the Regent's Canal into the Hertford Union Canal, by the Grove Road bridge, near Victoria Park, East London, UK.

In the past week someone has cut the heads off 5 of the cygnets and left the remains about the area. There's some dark people around.
